About Us
the founder
Tony Eid, known as “the captain,” who’s from a military background, immigrated in 1986. He roamed the world starting from the Americas to the Caribbean Islands then back to Britain until he settled in Australia.
He left his country with a heavy heart full of love for his homeland. His devotion to the army was incomparable that started from his enlistment at the age of 16.
When he finally settled in Australia, he decided to establish a social sports club.
The sole aim of this club is to gather Lebanese youth under one banner of solidarity to this nation; raising the Lebanese flag in all its activities and events, and steering clear from politics and sectarianism that ruined Lebanon.
The club was founded on 10/10/86 initiated by partnerships between the Australian states and the Lebanese community youth in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide.
This was established through various organized sports festivals and social events in communication with Lebanese sports clubs.
